The Challenge

The resort had achieved great social media content but needed to step up their game to ensure they are ahead of the competition. The previous social media content strategy wasn’t working for them anymore, and the property experienced slower growth and less engagement.

The idea

We redesigned their content strategy, created a brand new Insta Stories content and strategy that wasn’t previously activated. We included IGTV content, as well as shoot various video and photos for owned content. We also experimented with the AR filter to enhance the social media channel.

 

During the pandemic crisis, we quickly adjusted all of our content to gear for the Thai domestic market, including changing USP, social ads and messaging in the Thai language first which resulted in a successful sale campaign.
