Challenges

When we took over Meliá Bali's social media in April 2023, the goal was twofold: to grow the audience base significantly and elevate engagement levels to better reflect the brand's vibrant, tropical luxury positioning. The project ran until September 2024, when the resort rebranded into Paradisus by Meliá Bali.

Approach
