Challenges

The trendy and newly launched Aloft hotel in Seminyak has been tapping social media as their key core communications and an avenue to reach new customers, especially the millennial generation. However, the social media strategy lack of users engagement and optimization hinders the property’s growth and lack of content that translates into sales.

Approach

Our social media expertise in hospitality and travel allows us to deploy our strategy and content production in a quick turnaround and help the hotel show an ROI.


We quickly redesigned Aloft Seminyak Bali Resort’s social media strategy from the ground up, starting from designing a fun tone representing aloft and integrating sales messaging. Amidst the Covid-19 crisis, we also adjusted to target the domestic market and tap into a long-stay experience for guests who wish to escape to the paradise island. We also implemented Instagram’s latest SEO strategy, allowing the property to appear first with targeted keywords.
